Sponsorship

Why sponsor?

Conference sponsorship provides an unrivalled opportunity to meet and do business with your target market. Thomson forums are designed to bring together senior decision makers from a wide variety of Australian organisations to discuss and debate issues surrounding every facet of modern business activity.

Who should sponsor?

If you provide a product or service that would be of interest and benefit to the speakers and delegates attending the conference you should make this a must attend.

Types of sponsorship available

Speaking

  • Have one of your senior executives deliver a 30 minute presentation to the delegates branding your company as one of the leaders in the field.
  • Provide a Chairperson to be MC of one of the conference days. The Chairperson is the focal point of every conference introducing each speaker, inviting questions from the floor and managing the flow of the event.

Branding

  • We'll place your company logo on all promotional material
  • Place one of your corporate banners on the podium for the 2 days of the conference
  • Insert some promotional literature in each of the conference satchels distributed to everyone attending the conference

Display

  • We'll provide exhibition space next to the conference registration desk so you can display your products to attendees

Networking Drinks

  • Host a reception at the close of the conference on the 1st day and allow your staff to network and do business with the delegates and speakers

Lunch Sponsor

  • Host one of the conference lunches and entertain some of your clients as well as mixing with the conference attendees
