Over the next 12 months Thomson will be releasing over 70 new and enhanced titles. New online services include Australian Bankruptcy: Law and Practice, Federal Court Practice plus many more new and enhanced titles.
We have been working with our customers to build new features and functionality to ensure that the new content is more accessible and easier to use than ever before.
Our Customer Engagement Builds Better Online Services
One of the things that makes Thomson different is the way we work with our customers to create and launch new products. Last year we conducted a series of customer interviews to gain an understanding of the way in which the various commentary services where used by our customers. They used a prototype area for initial evaluation and to test new features and functionality. We were able to focus on the things customers liked, and discard the things they didn't. The result of this process is a revolutionary new way of using online legal commentaries.
